Duties
- Manage team;
- Communication with suppliers;
- Stock Management in place;
- Magrin, $ plan in place (MN portfolio EBIT);
- MN portfolio development (business shapper, business developer): product mix (to add, to change, to cancel, to manage), new products search, products launch and promotion;
- Product management – the cycle of product (when it exists, can we change it for another, should we exclude it & etc.);
- Analytics, forecast & reporting;
- Price management & placement of products (value of the product)
Requirements
- Commercial & Marketing background in agri company is a must;
- Micro Nutrition background is a must;
- Market knowledge, strong background & experience in marketing: product manageme, price management, promotion;
- Drive for result (to understand business needs of clients, balance between it & AGS business strategical goals);
- Strong Financial & Commercial acumen (cash flow, P&L, ROI);
- People Management skills (able to manage team of 5-7 empl remotely);
- Project Management skills;
- Presentation (selling stories) & communication skills;
- Analytical skills: analysis, planning, forecasting;
- English – fluent
