The big international company is looking for E-commerce Operations Lead, Kyiv.
Responsibilities
- Building, elaborating and managing operations of ecommerce start-up project;
- Managing vendors for 3PL, customer service, payment processing, fraud prevention, IT, telecom services and others as required by the business model;
- Optimization, improvement and automation of business processes in order to increase operating efficiency and enable increased focus on strategic, value-adding activities;
- Managing costs of e-commerce project: planning and budgeting, negotiations, control and optimization;
- Creating and maintaining appropriate Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of ecommerce operations;
- Setting up collaboration, defining process flow and KPIs;
- Maintaining appropriate customer service quality levels;
- Coordinating IT support activities;
- Working in close collaboration with company’s buying, planning, content, marketing, IT and finance teams to achieve the group’s overall ecommerce business and financial goals
Main requirements
- Education – university degree;
- 2+ years of E-com experience, good knowledge of the Ukraine e -commerce market;
- Strong project management and communication skills, ability to effectively cooperate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Advanced analytical mindset, ability to make data driven decisions and push them to life;
- Strong customer focus orientation;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- English – Upper-intermediate level
